Note our new time! And along with a new time we have a new format.
What do we hear that you value most at MBGH? Networking, sharing best practices, and learning from your peers!
This year we are including a highly interactive session where you will engage with other employers in a series of facilitated discussions on how Memphis employers are incorporating mental health into your health benefits and well-being programs. You will learn how your peers are (1) Knowing the Impact, (2) Breaking the Silence, (3) Providing Access to Affordable, High Value Care, and (4) Building a Culture of Well-Being. Moving around the room from discussion to discussion in small groups will keep you active, engaged, and provide you a networking opportunity. And you will leave the meeting with specific ideas about how to better enage your employees and freshen your health and wellness programs.
Our interactive session will be kicked off by an interview with First Horizon/First Tennessee on how they have implemented a comprehensive mental health strategy, addressing all components of MBGH's framework.
In addition to this interactive session, we will recognize the CEO Culture of Health participating organizations that fully met our program requirements in 2018 as well as hospital(s) for their performance in quality and safety.
MBGH Members, Annual Supporters, and CEO Culture of Health participants are all invited!
Thank you to our sponsors: BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and Cigna!
